bluebells and sunshine

Today I spent some time with my family. We first went to Dry Street which has some lovely bluebells this time of year. As I am trying to learn and improve my photography skills, I took my camera along to take some pictures.

After seeing some lovely flowers, and getting stung on stinging nettles, we all went out for a lovely family lunch and end then enjoyed the sun in our garden. A wonderful day!

Hello my lovelies! I hope you're all well! This week has been pretty terrible to be honest! But today I got just what I needed to cheer me up! Not only have I come home to huge amounts of halloumi cheese, Sol beer and The O.C but I also come home to a letter from my best friend in Germany and a lovely necklace I ordered from Of Cabbages & Kings. The necklace is absolutly amazing! It is so well made and a high quality product. I would highly recommend it if you like the necklace in the pictures, it's even better when you have it to wear!

ocean blossom

Today I treated myself to a lovely Yankee Candle. It's been a busy few weeks and, for some reason, a candle or two always helps me chill out a bit. I bought the Ocean Blossom scent. The smell reminded me of being beside the sea, a place that I adore! The smell isn't as strong as some of the other candles in this range, but is was just right! I will be adding some more to my collection. They are quite expensive but I think they're worth it! A nice little treat, and it will last a while as well!
